Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Compound Advisory LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, and the rights you have with respect to that information.

SMS/Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

When you provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages through a web form on one of our websites, we use it to send appointment scheduling texts, booking links, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow ups across our programs. Consent is collected through a web form opt-in at the point of collection. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service, and opting out of texts does not affect your request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we send one final message confirming your opt out and then stop texting that number. We retain records of SMS consent and opt outs to honor your preferences and meet legal obligations. See our Terms of Use at compoundadvisory.co/terms for the full text messaging terms.
