Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of this website and the ways we communicate with you, including text messaging.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Compound Advisory sends text messages to individuals who provide a phone number and agree to receive texts when requesting an appointment or information through our websites. These messages include appointment scheduling texts, booking links, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow ups related to your request, and may come from a member of our team or our scheduling assistant.

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the scheduling process. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you reply STOP, we send one final message confirming your opt out and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP at any time for help, or contact us through the contact page.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service. You can request an appointment or information without agreeing to texts, and opting out of texts does not affect your request.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are supported on major United States carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Availability and delivery can vary by carrier.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details on how we handle the information used for texting, see our Privacy Policy at compoundadvisory.co/privacy-policy.
