Retirement Readiness Checkup
Retirement Readiness Checkup
Spot gaps in income, tax, investment, healthcare, and estate planning before they become problems.
The Retirement Readiness Checkup walks you through a structured set of questions across the six dimensions of a retirement plan — income, taxes, investments, healthcare, estate, and risk — and shows you where the highest-impact gaps are in your current setup.
Most households arrive at retirement 80% prepared on one or two dimensions and dangerously thin on the others. The checkup is built to surface the thin dimensions early enough to do something about them. It uses the same six categories we work through with new client households during the Retirement Clarity Assessment.
How to Use It
Answer the questions honestly. The output flags the planning categories with the most exposure for your household and points you to the relevant service or article for next steps. No account creation. No sales follow-up unless you request one.
What It Does Not Do
- Does not generate a written retirement plan
- Does not model specific Roth conversion or Social Security scenarios
- Does not assess investment portfolio specifics
- Is illustrative — not a substitute for a coordinated planning engagement
Next Steps After the Checkup
If the checkup surfaces real gaps — tax planning, income design, healthcare exposure, estate documents — the next step is usually a Retirement Clarity Assessment to dig into the specifics. Complimentary, about 60 minutes, virtual. If the checkup did not surface much, you may be in good shape already. In that case, subscribe to The Compound Effect and keep one eye on the planning calendar.
